No Demand Certificate (NDC)

The seller must first apply for an NDC to ensure there are no outstanding dues or liabilities related to the property.

Payment of Dues and Fees:

Various fees and taxes, including transfer fees, outstanding dues of property, FBR Taxes (236-C by Seller, 236-K by Purchaser & 7E Tax on Seller, ), must be paid after clearance of NDC in DHA office at customer care counter.

Transfer File & Application

Both the seller and buyer will need to submit a transfer file application to the DHA office, along with the required documents, like Original and  Copy of CNIC’s of both Seller & Buyers, Original Allotment / Transfer Letter.

Biometric

After submitting of transfer file & application then both Seller & Buyers give biometric in DHA transfer office. 

Document Submission

A comprehensive list of documents, including the original transfer affidavits, undertakings, and copies of CNICs, must be submitted.

Transfer Completion

Once all the required steps are completed and documents are verified, the transfer process is finalized, and the new owner’s name is registered on the title deed in DHA record.
